EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
The ADEC Kedge team span all age brackets and stages of their careers, combining their knowledge and bringing vast industry expertise as well as fresh perspectives.
Marine Surveyor Paul Howard brings 30 years of experience in the industry. Before joining the ADEC Kedge team, Paul worked as a trade-qualified boat builder, specialising in aluminium, steel, and FRP constructions. He has more than 10 years of experience as a ship construction supervisor and is qualified as international welding inspector to AS 1554.
Callum Thompson-Young is the youngest employed marine surveyor and naval architect at ADEC Kedge, and he is already making waves. He graduated from the Australian Maritime College with first-class honours and has been involved in the process of taking some innovative vessel designs through the initial survey process, helping the operators gain a Certificate of Survey for out-of-the-norm builds. In his free time, you will find Callum on the ocean, fishing or diving.
