Partnership Announced Between Rockford Fosgate and Raymarine

Raymarine develops and manufactures the most comprehensive range of electronic equipment for the recreational boating and light commercial marine markets. The Raymarine product lines include radar, autopilots, GPS, instruments, fishfinders, communications, and integrated systems.
They have developed a rich and integrated audio experience for boaters within the next release of our Raymarine LightHouse II operating system.Raymarine MFD owners can effortlessly control Rockford Fosgate audio systems from any LightHouse II powered display, including the new high performance Axiom+ range.

The first model Rockford Fosgate will offer with Raymarine integration is the PMX-5 digital media receiver. The PMX-5 will integrate via CAN bus to the Raymarine MFD where a custom designed user interface will be displayed. This menu system, built with “ease of use” in mind, is fully featured with all the controls found on the head unit, including control of true two independently sourced zones. Raymarine delivers PMX-5 integration in the current release of the LightHouse II operating system and the two companies are committed to delivering support for future Rockford Fosgate audio systems.
