Launches of some of Australia and the globe’s most popular and luxurious boats and marine lifestyle products are expected to thrill record crowds at the much-anticipated Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) from May 23 to 26.

“It is set to be a Show like no other,” said Johan Hasser, General Manager of Mulpha Events. “Hot tickets include close to 100 new product launches by sought after exhibitors and brands including AMC Marine, BRP, CL Yachts, ePropulsion Australia, Eyachts, Honda, Horizon Yachts, JSW Powersports, Leigh-Smith Yachts, Maximo Yacht Controller, Multihull Central, Northside Marine, Power Yachts, Riviera, Short Marine, Sports Marine, Steber, Surf Coast Marine, TMG and Yacht Domain.

Exhibits range from the most luxurious of yachts to personal water craft, marine gear and gadgets and the most popular trailerboats in the world.

“We are still taking bookings from leading distributors and manufacturers and we’re overwhelmed not only with the response but by the quality and quantity of marine lifestyle products from the who’s who of the industry that will feature at our 35th Show. So expect even more big names and amazing products.”

Mr Hasser said Mulpha was also incredibly excited to launch our new-look VIP and corporate hospitality offering. “Located in the grounds of InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, it will feature the all-new Lagoon  Beach Club VIP Experience, a brand-new precinct offering a luxury beach club vibe overlooking the resort’s lagoon pool and award-winning marina.”

This unique multi-zone space will offer guests elevated experiences, from all-day five-star dining to pop-up bars, tasting experiences from beverage partners and live entertainment, as well as all areas Show access. “It will be the ideal place to entertain clients or enjoy a great day out with friends,” he said.

VIP guests will be treated to some of the finest drinks and tasting experiences including Mumm Marlborough sparkling wines and wines from the Hunter Valley region’s Bimbadgen. Those who enjoy an easy-drinking beer can escape to the Italian coast with the new Peroni Nastro Azzurro Stile Capri at the Lagoon Beach Club Bar.

Manly Spirits will also be shaking up cocktails all-day at their signature pop-up bar, with special tasting experiences planned throughout the day.

Mr Hasser said he was confident SCIBS 2024 would delight and entertain event goers not only with luxury experiences but non-stop live entertainment and a stellar showcase by the who’s who in the marine industry.

“As well as the incredible marine displays, the Marine Village precinct offers some of the Gold Coast’s best restaurants, cafes and bars, along with family friendly street entertainment and loads of great atmosphere,” said Mr Hasser.

SCIBS is the Southern Hemisphere’s largest boating and marine lifestyle event and will feature more than 330 exhibitors, over 700 boats and 2,500 products. It will attract upwards of 50,000 visitors, and will generate hundreds of millions of dollars of sales for exhibitors.

Early bird general admission tickets are available from $30 (with free entry for kids under 16 accompanied by a paying adult) and purchasers have the opportunity to enter the draw to win a luxury escape to the Hunter Valley’s newest accommodation venue, The Lane Retreat, valued at $3,000.
