GOLD COAST INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW & MARINE EXPO – 17-19 March

The Expo features boats, marine equipment and boat building and service facilities. Staged within the facilities of Australia’s largest manufacturing plants and shipyards at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, Coomera, the Expo includes an interactive demonstration and experience arena. RIVIERA FESTIVAL OF BOATING – 17-19 March

AUSTRALIAN SUPERYACHT RENDEZVOUS – 19 -20 May

More than $100 million worth of superyachts from across Australia and other parts of the world will descend and party on the Gold Coast for the first ever Australian Superyacht Rendezvous. Hosted by Gold Coast City Marina, the event aims to showcase the economic and tourism potential of the Australian superyacht industry.

 

AUSTRALIAN SUPERYACHT & MARINE EXPORT CONFERENCE (ASMEX) – 22-24 May

An Australian International Marine Export Group and Superyacht Australia Industry conference, the ASMEX, provides an opportunity for the industry to gain up-to-date information and potential opportunities to drive business. Intercontinental Hotel at Sanctuary Cove.

 

ICOMIA/IFBSO CONGRESS – 24-27 May

The International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) and the International Federation of Boat Show Organisers (IFBSO) will hold a Congress on the Gold Coast, attracting delegates from around the globe. Hosted by ICOMIA’s Australian member, Boating Industry Association, it will be held at the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast.

 

SANCTUARY COVE INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW (SCIBS) – 25-28 May

Hundreds of boats, four days of fun, one awesome location. This world-famous festival, where fortunes are launched and dreams set sail. Get set to experience Oceans of Awesome celebrating everything marine, showcased against the spectacular backdrop of the Marine Village at Sanctuary Cove.

 

MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW – 16 – 19 June

Organised by the Boating Industry Association of Victoria (BIAV), the Melbourne Boat Show is the premier boat show in Victoria and showcases hundreds of recreational boating, fishing and related products and services. Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

 

ADELAIDE BOAT SHOW – 30 June-2 July

The Adelaide Boat Show is South Australia’s leading recreational boating event, organised by the Boating Industry Association (BIA). This event brings to South Australia the best in recreational boating, new technology, and the products and accessories needed to make your time on the water better. Adelaide Showground, Goodwood Road, Wayville.

 

MARINE 17 (Sydney) – 30 July – 1 August

Building on the success of Marine13 and Marine15, Marine 17 is set to attract over 500 attendees and more than 70 exhibitors from across the Asia Pacific region. This unique 3-day event will bring together the marine sector leaders from state and federal governments and industry to discuss the key sectoral issues across the themes of boating business, marinas, boating safety and light commercial marine. This event will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.

 

SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW – 3-7 August

The Sydney International Boat Show is the largest recreational marine event in the southern hemisphere. It first ran in 1968 and since then has played host to over three million visitors who arrive to be entertained, educated, speak to the experts, and to be inspired by this wonderful pastime enjoyed by millions each year. In 2017, it will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.

 

PERTH INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW 22-25 September

The vision for the Perth International Boat Show is to create one major boat show for Western Australia that is of an international standard and reflected Western Australia’s prosperous and diverse marine industry. The Perth International Boat Show will profile the Western Australian marine industry both nationally and internationally; and will attract a level of attention never before seen at a boat show in WA. It will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and onwater displays within the Elizabeth Quay.
