Demand for ILIAD Catamarans’ range of luxury motor yachts continues to grow with the Australian shipyard also enjoying strong interest from international markets, including the United States.
The brand has established a very successful presence in the Asia Pacific since its 2019 launch but is now making waves in the United States. There has been a huge increase in enquiries and significant orders from the US with motor yacht buyers recognising ILIAD Catamarans’ exceptional long-range capabilities, stylish designs and unprecedented living space.
The first ILIAD 53S model was sold to a US couple in 2023 prior to the model’s official launch after choosing it over all the international brands they had researched.

In July, popular US YouTubers Victoria and Rico Chalaya recently fulfilled a long-held ambition to explore the new ILIAD 53S for their popular NautiStyles channel with their glowing online review of the model attracting more than 70,000 views in three days.
The ILIAD Catamarans team will be showcasing the new ILIAD 53F – the flybridge version of the 53S – at the 2024 Miami Boat Show in February and are expecting overwhelming interest from buyers at the major US show.
The ILIAD 53F had its global premiere at the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show in August, and the flybridge motor yacht immediately impressed with its high bridge deck clearance and high freeboard, outstanding performance, and extraordinary volume.
The interior living space is unprecedented and comprises an expansive forward lounge, helm station (optional) and dining for 6-8 people. Accommodation onboard is generous and beautifully designed with the master suite encompassing an entire hull and featuring an oversized island queen bed, panoramic windows and spacious ensuite.
Fitted with the finest European appliances, the galley is sleek and practical with its island bench, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and well-designed storage.
The ILIAD 53F boasts exceptional outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing, and the cockpit features a bar area and dining setting for up to ten guests. The flybridge sets a new reference in use of space, features, and comfort. The optional tender platform is ideal for safe sea access when swimming or diving and makes a superb sunbathing spot when the tender is deployed.
The ILIAD 53F is powered by 440hp Volvo or Yanmar engines (recommended) delivering a top speed of 21 knots (lightship), while cruising long range at low speeds will afford more than 3,135 nautical miles.
The ILIAD 53S and 53F have continued the solid success of the shipyard’s other models, the ILIAD 50 and ILIAD 62, which were launched in 2020 and 2022 respectively. These original models have been hugely popular with strong sales and a nomination in the prestigious Multihull of the Year awards.

ILIAD Catamarans now has forward orders stretching into 2024 and are finalising plans to open a new state-of-the-art shipyard to facilitate increased production across its range.
