The sleek lines and the signature fibreglass-framed windshield of the new DC 246, the latest dual console boat in the Pursuit lineup, are the perfect introduction to the brand. First, she will turn your head. Then you’ll discover how the design and fit feel second-nature. The thoughtful accommodations and unique social zones will seem like they were made just for you and your family.
These hallmarks of the Pursuit dual console boat series are purposeful—allowing you to move seamlessly fore and aft through the centre walkway and at every turn have a gorgeous view of the water. Fancy a fish dinner? With an LOA of 25′ 8″ and a significantly increased cockpit size and functionality over its predecessor, there’s plenty of elbow and angling room.
Cruising around the bay? Everyone will find their favourite spot within the multitude of customer-requested seating configurations. Sandbar swim, anyone? Getting in and out of the water and cleaning your gear is easy with the optional bow boarding ladder with fresh water washdown.
The hull is a moulded one-piece deck and cockpit liner with non-skid pattern area, all covered by a 5-year hull/ deck structural warranty. It has integrated transom platform extensions outboard of engine, 3-step telescopic boarding ladder, and dedicated transducer location.
In the cockpit are integrated rink holders throughout, bow seating with folding armrests, hinged cushions, and insulated storage below. A premium captain’s chair with folding armrests, and back-to-back seat with extendable lounger. The head is accessed by a two piece fiberglass door with a portable head unit, surrounded by a few creature comforts.
The moulded console with fixed helm, has padded instrumentation visor and electronics mounting surface, a 316L SS steering wheel with control knob and non-slip grip, and the 12V switch panel has flat black contoura lighted switches. A compass guides the way, and the trim tab control panel ensures stability. The boat is fitted with a two-battery system: engine (1) and house (1).
Each boat can be fitted with a Garmin® Electronics Package: GPSMAP 8612XSV, Airmar B75M 0-7 Degree 600 watt CHIRP Transducer, NMEA 2000 Starter kit, Pursuit custom dash panel, VHF Radio 315 with Antenna, JL Audio stereo system, bluetooth head unit w/amp, subwoofer, and 4 JL Audio speakers.
For the fishos, there are 4 stainless steel rod holders in the gunwales, insulated live well and a fish box/storage in transom with overboard drain, and optional rod holders can be fitted on the hardtop.
Other options include a windlass anchor system with remote, LED accent lighting and underwater lights, bow table and cockpit wet bar with cutting board and tap, and a ski tow bar on the transom.
The boat is available in white, grey or blue, and there are optional colours for the helm, upholstery, canvas covers and striping.
